Customer Service Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. Follow up with customers regarding any unresolved issues or concerns. Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first call resolution. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Arabic (both verbal and written). Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary

This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Other benefits may be provided based on performance.
