Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive . This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, recruitment, and building a career in HR. You will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring applicants have a positive experience throughout. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process for assigned business areas under supervision.
- Assist hiring managers by scheduling interviews, reviewing CVs, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Learn and follow company recruitment policies and standard operating procedures.
- Keep applicant records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking events.
- Provide general HR support on projects and initiatives when needed.
