Lead and manage a team of railway managers and specialists, providing guidance on all aspects of asset maintenance oversight. Oversee O&M Contractors responsible for Metro maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, reliability, and quality requirements. Ensure all audits and inspections of O&M Contractors are conducted thoroughly and in accordance with industry best practices. Monitor, measure, and evaluate the maintenance performance of O&M Contractors, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies. Supervise O&M Contractors’ sub‑contractors, including transit systems suppliers and other technical service providers, to ensure standards are consistently met. Review and approve O&M Contractors’ submissions such as asset management plans, maintenance procedures, and operating instructions, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements. Oversee the coordination of O&M Contractors with DB Contractors, facilitating effective communication and resolution of interface issues. Advise senior management on asset management strategies, ensuring efficient lifecycle management and long‑term value preservation of Metro assets. Maintain up‑to‑date records and reports on maintenance performance, contractor compliance, and asset condition. Support a culture of continuous improvement in asset maintenance processes and strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, asset management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years’ senior technical and management experience, including railway consulting experience Substantial experience in maintenance management within the railway or large transportation sector, with a proven track record in managing teams and contractors. Strong understanding of asset management principles, including asset lifecycle planning and reliability engineering. Demonstrated ability to perform and assess technical inspections, audits, and contractor performance evaluations. Skilled in reviewing maintenance plans, procedures, and documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions. Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent command of English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
