Qiddiya Investment Company is on the path to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager - Asset Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in guiding our asset management initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment to maximize our portfolio's value.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive asset strategy plans, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives of Qiddiya Analyze performance metrics and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies within the asset portfolio Collaborate with various departments to drive integration of asset management strategies with overall project and operational plans Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership concerning portfolio performance and strategic initiatives Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and partners, to promote Qiddiya's asset strategies and objectives Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation Mentor and guide junior team members, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Asset Strategy team

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management or strategy development, with a focus on the entertainment or real estate sectors Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams Exceptional analytical skills with a proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for delivering presentations to diverse audiences
