Senior Asset Maintenance Manager (m / f)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of railway managers and specialists, providing guidance on all aspects of asset maintenance oversight.
• Oversee O&M Contractors responsible for Metro maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, reliability, and quality requirements.
• Ensure all audits and inspections of O&M Contractors are conducted thoroughly and in accordance with industry best practices.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the maintenance performance of O&M Contractors, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies.
• Supervise O&M Contractors’ sub-contractors, including transit systems suppliers and other technical service providers, to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Review and approve O&M Contractors’ submissions such as asset management plans, maintenance procedures, and operating instructions, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the coordination of O&M Contractors with DB Contractors, facilitating effective communication and resolution of interface issues.
• Advise senior management on asset management strategies, ensuring efficient lifecycle management and long-term value preservation of Metro assets.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports on maintenance performance, contractor compliance, and asset condition.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement in asset maintenance processes and strategies.
