Job descriptionOversee the Managed Services portfolio in KSA, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Work closely with regional leadership and global delivery centers to design and deliver high-value managed services that meet the needs of enterprise and government customers. Lead the Managed Services business unit across KSA, covering IT and OT domains. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Manage P&L accountability, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved. Build and strengthen customer relationships with key accounts in government, energy, utilities, and enterprise sectors. Oversee service delivery excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
