Job Title : Application Support Analyst

Job Summary :

Provide technical and functional support for business applications, ensuring smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and minimal downtime. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance application performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and support critical business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
• Perform application configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability.
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management.
