The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization, playing a key role in the company’s strategic growth. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, creating and positioning strategic change initiatives within Kyndryl’s largest accounts at the C-suite level. Your responsibilities include driving profitable growth, building strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. The role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will also foster talent development and innovation, lead client engagement, and deliver high-quality work alongside senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning and executing post-deal implementations, focusing on financial impact, utilization, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Profitable Growth : Achieve revenue targets, manage margins, support business development, and oversee fee negotiations.
• Client Engagement : Build relationships with CXOs, lead C-level interactions, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence : Meet utilization targets, oversee delivery quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leadership and Management : Foster a culture of development, curiosity, and innovation, ensuring commercial focus and effective execution.
• Strategic Contribution : Use industry expertise to shape strategic initiatives, contribute to company vision, and develop thought leadership.

Who You Are

You possess extensive experience in client engagement at the CXO level, with a proven ability to build relationships and lead complex projects. You have a strong financial acumen, industry knowledge in Data & AI, and a personal brand in the industry. You are innovative, driven to change, fluent in English and Arabic, and have a growth mindset, customer focus, and an inclusive approach.
