Director - Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategies and business objectives. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring business impact and ROI. Provide strategic guidance on AI adoption, aligning initiatives with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Drive AI transformation by identifying opportunities for AI integration within client operations, processes, and technology ecosystems. Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution. Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to refine AI models and methodologies. Conduct in-depth assessments of AI solutions to measure effectiveness and optimize performance. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform project strategies. Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to AI thought leadership. Develop proposals, presentations, and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and drive client engagement. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings to promote AI expertise and expand market presence. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record in a consulting or corporate leadership role. Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. Strong leadership and project management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple engagements simultaneously. Demonstrated success in delivering AI-driven business transformations in industries such as financial services, technology, or government. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working within Agile methodologies for AI and product development.
