Overview

We are looking for a seasoned

Enterprise Consultant (Director Level)

to lead the development and execution of a full-scale enterprise IT and AI strategy as part of a national digital transformation program. Key Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise IT and AI strategy, aligned with business goals and digital transformation priorities Design enterprise architecture frameworks across applications, data, AI, and business processes Integrate AI capabilities into business functions to support automation and data-driven decision-making Establish governance models, technology standards, and best practices for enterprise systems Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement strategic technology initiatives Evaluate and implement enterprise platforms, ERP systems, data lakes, and AI tools Ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements (SDAIA, NCA, SAMA) Lead vendor selection and manage enterprise solution partnerships Mentor internal teams and support capability development in enterprise architecture and AI Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT strategy and architecture Deep experience in digital transformation and AI-driven solutions Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, cloud ecosystems, and integration frameworks Certifications such as TOGAF are highly desirable Proven leadership and change management capabilities Seniorities
