Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans across all company sectors. Set short-term and long-term goals with clear KPIs to track performance.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Manage campaigns across social media, email marketing, and exhibitions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Brand Enhancement : Strengthen and maintain FEIZO’s luxury brand identity. Improve the company’s presence in both local and international markets. Coordinate PR activities with partners and clients.
• Internal Collaboration : Work closely with interior design, furniture, paints, lighting, and Fitout teams to align marketing efforts with ongoing projects. Provide innovative marketing ideas to support client-specific projects.
• Team Leadership : Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
• Market and Competitor Analysis : Study market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new marketing opportunities. Propose innovative marketing strategies based on data and insights.
• Budget Management : Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
