Overview

We’re Hiring : Technical Supervisor (with QA / QC Edge)

Lead inspection and calibration operations while adding value through QA / QC expertise. Be the technical lead our team relies on — and the quality voice our clients trust.

What You’ll Do

Supervise inspection & calibration operations
Validate technical reports and equipment accuracy
Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical & flow calibration
Support QMS compliance and documentation
Lead internal & external audit readiness
Mentor and develop technical staff

What We’re Looking For

Engineering / Technical background

5+ years technical supervision

QA / QC knowledge (ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 9001) is a big plus

Audit and compliance experience preferred

Strong leadership & communication skills

Skills & Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical.

5–7 years’ experience in technical supervision (QA / QC and audits experience is a plus).

ISO / IEC 17025, ISO / IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification desirable.

Strong knowledge of calibration and inspection techniques, including pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration.

Understanding of uncertainty principles and budgeting.

Experience in internal and external audits preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
