Talent Acquisition Section Head @ Othaim Markets | Management, Retail
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist in the full recruitment cycle, helping to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates to meet the company\u2019s talent needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates through online databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
- Participate in onboarding activities as needed.
