Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HRMS modules and hands‑on technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of HR processes within the system.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities.
• Configure and support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME .
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Design, create, and modify database objects such as views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks .
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and database‑related issues ; implement new validations when required.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and accurate HR data flow.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.
