We are urgently seeking an experienced

Infrastructure Consultant (Director Level)

to lead the development and execution of a large-scale IT and AI infrastructure strategy for a government-backed digital transformation initiative. Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise IT and AI infrastructure strategies aligned with national digital transformation goals Design and manage scalable cloud environments, data platforms, and AI infrastructure Lead the integration of AI / ML platforms, big data environments, and cybersecurity frameworks Define governance models, standards, and best practices for IT operations and infrastructure Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and technology partnerships Ensure compliance with national regulations (NCA, SAMA, SDAIA) and international standards Build and lead internal infrastructure teams, focusing on knowledge transfer and capacity building Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles Strong background in AI / ML platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in complex environments Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Seniority level
