Prepare, cook, and present pastry items including bread, soft bread, pita, croissant Dough mixing Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation Ensure correct storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages Follow HACCP standards and maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the pastry kitchen Support the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen during service Qualifications
