Overview
Construction Manager, Worley. Role ensures that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with Aramco’s standards. The role works closely with subcontractors, client representatives, and site teams to keep the project moving smoothly. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules and safety protocols. Supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and compliance with Aramco specifications. Act as the primary site interface for the Client, supporting routine project activities and resolving field-level issues. Monitor and report progress, risks, and deviations, using structured tracking tools. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE policies. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources, and with subcontractor procurement activities. Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements : A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, OSHA) or membership with industry organizations (e.g., AACE, PMI) is a plus. Experience : Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on oil and gas infrastructure (e.g., refineries, offshore platforms, pipelines). Proven track record of managing site-based teams, subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary construction activities in the oil and gas industry. Experience in managing health, safety, and environmental protocols on construction sites. Skills & Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of oil and gas construction practices, regulations, and safety standards. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
