Job Position : Fruit Factory Production Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a Factory Production Manager to work in a palm date packing factory. The ideal candidate will have significant experience within a high-speed large-scale vacuum packing environment, ideally within a palm date or similar stone fruit or dried food environment.

Skills :

• Degree or diploma in an Agricultural or Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a food factory vacuum packing environment
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• Ability to plan, organize, and handle significant responsibility
• Ability to work with and develop a multinational workforce
