Industrial Complex, Riyadh The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities. The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone. Job Purpose

To support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals by reviewing design requirements, developing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The role assists in project coordination and cost tracking while ensuring proposals meet customer specifications and company standards. Key Accountability Areas

Inquiry Handling and Costing : Receive and log customer inquiries and RFQs. Analyze technical requirements and assist in preparing accurate cost estimates using standard design tools and templates. Offer Preparation and Support : Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop technical and commercial proposals. Gather and organize design data, technical specifications, and cost details required for proposals. Follow up with relevant departments to ensure completeness of all offer submissions. Proposal Documentation : Compile techno-commercial proposals in alignment with customer requirements and company standards. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with the agreed scope and specifications. Design and Project Coordination : Assist in preparing service and modification proposals during project execution. Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates, design clarifications, and delivery progress. Production and Cost Tracking : Input routing and design-related data into ERP systems for accurate cost and production tracking. Monitor design-related activities to ensure alignment with cost and delivery requirements. Customer and Sales Support : Prepare technical documentation and design support materials for Sales Engineers. Respond to technical inquiries from clients and consultants under the guidance of senior engineers. Participate in internal meetings to support design and proposal discussions. Role Accountability

Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Quality : Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements : Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Compliance : Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment : Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services. Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field Work Experience
