Ensure an effective Master Data Governance (MDG) product that supports alfanar’s global data strategy. Maintaining high-quality, compliant, and well-integrated master data across systems, enabling consistent, secure, and reliable data for enterprise operations.
Key Accountability Areas
- Define the product roadmap for enterprise data governance tools (e.g. Pilog, SAP MDG).
- Align with global data strategy and business objectives.
Master Data Process Ownership :
Own end-to-end MDG product lifecycle.Implement governance rules, workflows, validations, and controls as per the business owners decisions.Oversee integration with SAP S / 4HANA, Data Dictionary, APIs, data services, and legacy systems.Ensure compatibility across alfanar eco-system.Data Quality & Cleansing :
Recommend and implement upon business owner approval data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives.Partner with data stewards to maintain high-quality master data, qualify the dictionary.Global Data Migration :
Define migration strategy, mapping rules, transformation logic.Oversee cutover and mock tests for global rollouts.Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as liaison between business, IT, and data teams.Collect requirements, manage and execute backlog, and prioritize features.Ensure adherence to GDPR, SOX, internal policies, and data governance frameworks (ISO / DAMA).Product Lifecycle Management :
Responsible for delivering MDG product features, enhancements, and integrations on time.Ensure continuous improvements & innovation.Role Accountability

Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
