Responsibilities Lead end-to-end 2D motion design projects : explainer videos, product showcases, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Conceptualize, storyboard, animate, and collaborate with sound artists to create immersive multimedia experiences. Transform static assets into dynamic, branded visuals in partnership with illustrators and graphic designers. Evolve Lucidya’s visual identity, making motion central to how our brand communicates. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality creative work quickly. Build and maintain a style guide for animation by your 6th month. Your Day-to-Day Brainstorm with copywriters, designers, and marketers on campaign briefs. Create high-impact motion assets for organic and paid campaigns. Refresh and optimize existing visual assets. Contribute actively to creative strategy and storytelling discussions. Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels. What Makes You a Perfect Fit 5–7 years of experience in motion design, ideally within SaaS / B2B tech storytelling. Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related fields. Fluency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. Arabic fluency or extensive experience designing for Arabic audiences. A compelling portfolio showcasing your 2D motion design mastery (Behance or equivalent required). Comfortable working in both startup environments and multinational structures. A big personality with a growth mindset : ambitious, curious, and unafraid to challenge the norm. Bonus : Familiarity with sound design direction. Non-Negotiables Exceptional 2D motion design skills with a proven portfolio. Arabic fluency or extensive experience designing for Arabic-speaking audiences. SaaS / B2B tech storytelling experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative quickly.
