Lead creative direction for advertising campaigns, events, and media productions Develop and present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution Manage and mentor creative teams including designers, photographers, and videographers Collaborate with account managers and project managers to ensure creative alignment with client objectives Review and approve all creative materials to ensure brand consistency and quality standards Stay current with design trends, industry innovations, and competitive landscape Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders Ensure all creative work meets project timelines and budget requirements Qualifications

Experience : 7-12 years of art direction experience at international agencies or big local companies Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Media, or related field Leadership : Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects Portfolio : Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative vision across various media and platforms Software Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Language : Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) - MUST HAVE Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions Communication : Excellent presentation and client communication skills Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and event marketing What We Offer
