Job Title

Senior HR Operations & Talent Acquisition | Recruitment, Sourcing & Negotiation | Payroll & Employee Relations | Qiwa & GOSI Expert | IFCE Certified

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Manage and organize the design team and supervise the production of creative assets (designs, images, videos, advertising campaigns).
  • Develop creative concepts and transform them into high-quality designs that support the company’s objectives.
  • Review and provide direction on design work to ensure it meets quality and creativity standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and apply them in alignment with the company’s identity.
  • Ensure proper application of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and channels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
