Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager – GRC for Capital Projects (CPC Domain) to lead advisory and audit services, strengthen risk and governance frameworks, and grow client accounts. The role involves end-to-end engagement management, client relationship development, and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in GRC, risk management, capital projects, and real estate / construction advisory with proven consulting experience in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Lead GRC and audit engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Assess clients’ current GRC practices and design strategies for improvement in Capital Projects, Construction, and Real Estate sectors.
Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Assist clients with risk registers, incident management, and compliance processes.
Conduct GRC assessments and audits to evaluate controls and operational effectiveness.
Develop and deliver GRC training programs for client teams.
Prepare client presentations and proposals for CXOs, Boards, and Audit Committees.
Supervise and mentor junior auditors and team members during engagements.
Drive business development through networking, solution conceptualization, and relationship building.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in GRC and capital projects.
Must-Have Requirements
Professional Qualifications : MBA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent GRC-related certification.
Minimum 8+ years of Audit / GRC consulting experience with Big 4 or strategy consulting firms in Capital Projects, Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of risk management, governance, compliance, and audit standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience leading small teams and managing multiple complex projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to CPC projects and mega construction / real estate projects in the Middle East.
Demonstrated business development and client relationship management capabilities.
Familiarity with digital tools for GRC and risk management.
