Manager – Project Finance

to join our Business Development team, supporting the structuring and execution of transformative infrastructure and energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your expertise in financial modelling, fundraising, and strategic advisory while working alongside senior leaders. What you’ll do

Financial Modelling :

Build, audit, and maintain detailed financial models for greenfield and brownfield projects, acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and stake sales, ensuring alignment with project and financial agreements, as well as local accounting and taxation requirements. Analysis & Valuations :

Conduct economic and financial analyses, optimization, and valuations to support business development and bidding activities. Fundraising Support :

Assist in structuring and negotiations with banks, export credit agencies, and financial institutions to secure financing for major projects. Due Diligence & Coordination :

Support tax and accounting due diligence in close collaboration with internal CFO / tax / accounting teams and external advisors. Governance & Reporting :

Prepare investment memoranda, internal reports, and presentations to support decision-making and board-level submissions. Collaboration :

Work with senior managers and project directors on execution; coordinate with BD teams, legal, techno-commercial functions, and project companies to deliver on key milestones. Stakeholder Engagement :

Build rapport with banks, investors, equity partners, external consultants, and rating agencies to support project success. What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or Engineering; higher qualifications (MBA, CA, CFA) are an advantage. 2–4 years of project finance experience with developers, banks, financial institutions, or advisory firms. Strong track record in financial modelling and quantitative analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
