We are seeking a results-driven

Project Manager

to lead the fast-track delivery of an industrial

warehouse & logistics hub

project. The role involves overseeing reinforced concrete foundations, steel structure erection, and geotechnical works at a port-adjacent site.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases.

Manage contracts, variation orders, and cost controls under

FIDIC .

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Civil / Structural Engineering or Construction Management.

8–12 years’ experience in

industrial projects

(warehouses, logistics hubs, steel & concrete).

Strong background in

geotechnical works .

Proficient in

Primavera / MS Project .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
