Overview
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and IT objectives. The role requires balancing enterprise governance with Agile ways of working, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful implementation of digital platforms and processes. Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of digital / data / CRM / MarTech projects. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverable trackers. Coordinate across Business Analysts, Data Architects, Transformation Leads, developers, and business stakeholders. Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) while maintaining traditional project reporting (RAID logs, Gantt, dashboards). Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to leadership as required. Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee packs. Ensure alignment with compliance and governance frameworks (e.g., PDPL, GDPR). Manage vendors and third parties involved in the delivery of digital tools and integrations. Drive operational excellence by documenting processes, lessons learned, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience in
digital, data, or CRM project management . Strong understanding of
digital transformation, MarTech, and / or enterprise CRM platforms
(Salesforce, SAP, or equivalents). Proficiency with
project management tools
(Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Ability to work in
hybrid environments
(Agile + Waterfall). Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning IT, business, and external vendors. Knowledge of compliance and data privacy requirements is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications are desirable. Arabic Speaking is a plus
