Quality Assurance Engineer

This role is located at a customer site in Jeddah, KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following :

Responsibilities

• Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
• Execute test cases on self service terminals
• Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
• Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with the customer\'s team to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with the customer\'s testing team to prepare test data
• Support the customer\'s team during SIT, UAT, etc.
• Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause
