SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.

Configure EC based on business requirements including data models, workflows, business rules, and event handling.

Manage integration with other modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.

Handle data migration, testing, and system upgrades during project rollout.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure best practices.

Prepare functional specifications, conduct UAT, and deliver training to key users.

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Required Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.

At least 3 - 4 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong knowledge of data models, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

Experience with SuccessFactors provisioning and admin tools.

Good understanding of SAP CPI / Integration Center.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
