Assistant Manager – Finance Location : Riyadh, KSA Contract Type : Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee freight accounting and financial operations within our logistics business. This role is responsible for accurate reporting, internal controls, and financial performance monitoring while leading a team to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee freight accounting and revenue review processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Prepare and present freight-related accounting and management reports.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance.

Review freight payables and ensure robust internal controls are in place.

Manage vendor relationships related to freight services.

Review the monthly trial balance to ensure accuracy of freight-related accounts.

Oversee cash management and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the freight accounts team to maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a freight or logistics environment at a managerial level.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.

Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
