In this role, you will support financial management and commercial decision-making processes that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Support validation of inputs from Development on feasibility studies and business plans to determine investment attractiveness and ability to achieve targeted returns. Provide support during the investment phase, analyzing business proposals to identify optimal business models in coordination with the Financial Analysis team. Monitor investments throughout their lifecycle, assessing impacts of changes on original plans, including CapEx / OpEx adjustments, IRR changes, project delays, and risk management. Identify economic value creation and benefits related to investment projects. Ensure compliance with investment governance processes and guidelines for standardized project rollout. Assist in developing long-term investment plans aligned with Qiddiya's objectives. Evaluate and monitor project / investment performance to maximize ROI. Review cash flows and determine optimal funding structures in collaboration with the Finance team. Review contracts and documents to ensure financial terms meet standards and budgets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in commercial finance or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
