تعلن شركة التميز لحلول الأعمال عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لأخصائي مشروع ذو خبرة في إدارة المشاريع، الذي سيساهم بشكل رئيسي في دعم وتوجيه مدراء المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة، مع التركيز على تنسيق الموارد والأدوات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف بنجاح.
المسمى الوظيفي : أخصائي مشروع
الوصف الوظيفي :
سيكون أخصائي المشروع مسؤولًا عن تقديم الدعم الاستراتيجي والتوجيه لمساعدة مدراء المشاريع في تحقيق أهدافهم. تشمل المسؤوليات إدارة وتنسيق كافة الموارد والأدوات اللازمة، ومراقبة تقدم المشاريع لضمان تنفيذها ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة. يتطلب الدور العمل بشكل وثيق مع جميع الأطراف المعنية لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع وتحقيق النجاح الفعّال.
المهام الأساسية :
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد خطة وأهداف ونطاق المشروع.
- إعداد خطة النطاق والأهداف والمخرجات، والعرض الفني والمالي والزمني.
- تحديد أولويات المشاريع، وقائمة الجهات المنفذة، والجهات المستفيدة، والنتائج المتوقعة، ومراجعة ومتابعة المشاريع قيد الاعتماد.
- تخصيص وإدارة الموارد والأدوات المطلوبة للمشروع، والتنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين.
- تنظيم ومراجعة عقود المشاريع، والتفاوض بشأنها، والتوصية بالتغييرات والإضافات في الاتفاقيات مع الموردين والاستشاريين والعملاء.
