A results-driven Sales Account Manager responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing BFSI clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Acts as the main commercial point of contact between the client and the company. Key Accountabilities
Manage and grow assigned portfolio of BFSI clients to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and support) to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Conduct regular client reviews and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop account plans and sales forecasts to support business growth objectives. Represent Ejada professionally in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales & account management, preferably in the IT or BFSI sector. Job-Specific Skills
Strong understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing enterprise-level accounts. High-level negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure with adaptability to changing client needs.
