Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, from pre-production through post. You will work closely with content creators, editors, location specialists, and camera crews to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional production process. The ideal candidate understands how a film set operates, thrives under pressure, and excels at leading a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day production operations , ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Work collaboratively with directors, producers, editors, content creators , and camera crews to align on creative and logistical goals.
• Liaise with location specialists to scout, secure, and coordinate shoot locations.
• Develop and manage production schedules , call sheets, and shooting plans.
• Supervise all phases of production, including setup, filming, and wrap .
• Hire and manage crew members; lead and motivate team on set and during prep / post.
• Coordinate and monitor equipment, transportation, catering , and other logistical needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and union guidelines (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot problems on set with calm, quick thinking and strong decision-making.
• Monitor budget expenditures and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to keep all parties aligned and informed.
