About the Role About the Role :

To manage self-directing, multi-functional teams to efficiently process commodity dairy products to meet internal customer order requirements within management performance parameters ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety Standards. To ensure that all Cheese / BMG products are packed to fulfil internal customer service requirements whilst meeting agreed quality specifications and cost parameters and ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirement Requirement :

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below :

Holding bachelor’s degree in Dairy / Food technology / or similar.

Minimum 8 years of experience within a dairy or Food environment.

Experience in cheese and cultured products.

Having experience on managing large, multicultural teams Highly skilled on reporting, communication and MS.

Hands on knowledge and experience in SAP or similar package.

Should be a good team player.
