Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, specifically within the banking industry Extensive background in crafting corporate strategies, strategic plans, and key initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact strategic projects and teams, including the preparation of strategic documentation Strong expertise in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships Skilled in assessing internal and external factors to adapt and refine organizational strategies accordingly Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Management, or a closely related field Master’s degree in Strategic Management or a relevant discipline is highly desirable Professional certifications in strategy or related areas are considered a plus About Us
