Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to build and optimize our procurement operations in Saudi Arabia. Procurement is the backbone of our business, and this role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain, vendor management, pricing, and purchasing processes operate at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5+ years in Saudi Arabia, particularly in print production, fabrication, signage, packaging, or related industries. They must be an expert negotiator, a strong relationship builder, and a highly analytical decision-maker, capable of developing best-in-class procurement processes that ensure cost efficiency, quality control, and supplier reliability. This role involves structuring and strengthening the procurement department, securing the best vendor partnerships, driving cost savings, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support production and business growth.

The candidate must have extensive experience sourcing materials from China and India, handling international shipping and logistics, and possessing a deep knowledge of raw materials used in print production, fabrication, and signage manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Department Structuring

Develop and implement a robust procurement strategy that aligns with the company’s operational and financial goals.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier vendors and suppliers for raw materials, machinery, and services.

Aggressively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.

Develop and implement best-in-class procurement procedures, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Work closely with production, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with business needs.

Establish strong supplier networks in China and India for high-quality and cost-effective material sourcing.

Take ownership of shipping arrangements, including selecting the best freight solutions, optimizing delivery timelines, and cost control.

Ensure full compliance with local procurement laws, import / export regulations, and internal company policies.

Possess expert knowledge of raw materials used in digital printing & large-format printing, box fabrication & luxury packaging materials, and signage production (acrylic, aluminum, LED modules, vinyl, substrates, etc.).

Work closely with production, sales, finance, and management teams to ensure procurement decisions support business growth.
