Job Responsibilities : Supervise the development of regional communication / relationship management agenda. Review broker sales and compare with pre-set targets to maintain or grow market share. Devise a remedial action plan pertaining to existing shortfalls to enable improvement. Develop improvements in the workflow with brokers, including business process and system enhancements to enhance broker loyalty. Address escalated / complex broker queries and pain points to provide solutions in a timely manner. Review sales activities (i.e., customer portfolio, renewals, and cross-selling and up-selling opportunities) to increase customer profile. Ensure commercial reports are shared with customers to promote Tawuniya’s activities and enhance customer trust. Generate broker payment amount documents and share with the concerned function in a timely manner.
