Planning Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join our exceptional team. As a prominent Program Management Company, we focus on delivering innovative solutions for large-scale civil engineering projects, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The Senior Planning Manager will be pivotal in overseeing the planning and scheduling of various projects, ensuring their alignment with our organization's strategic objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project schedules, managing project performance metrics, and facilitating communication among various project stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the team in identifying risks and opportunities while maintaining efficient project execution from conception through completion. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the planning processes across multiple projects. Develop detailed project plans, incorporating timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and report on performance metrics. Identify critical paths and potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams to align plans with execution strategies. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Mentor and develop junior planning team members, helping build a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling within construction, engineering, or project management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven expertise in managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams. Strong experience in using planning software, particularly Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project performance measurement methodologies. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster productive working relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively. Previous experience in the Middle East or similar projects is preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or similar) are highly regarded. Benefits
