This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking planning manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi. You’ll Be Responsible For

Owns planning function for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring. Supports project delivery, contributing to timely and profitable outcomes. Leads planning for complex projects, portfolios, or major project sections. Applies advanced planning tools and techniques, including scheduling and EVM. Communicates and influences effectively, addressing complex requirements and corrective actions. Manages and develops planning teams, fostering technical growth and leadership. Engages clients and stakeholders, driving acceptance of proposals and recommendations. Promotes sustainability, contributing to net zero carbon goals through proactive planning practices. You’ll Need To Have

Experienced planning professional with a degree in construction / engineering and strong management capabilities across multi-disciplinary sectors. Effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution throughout project lifecycles. Please note :
