Job Description : Business Development Managing Partner – QueSechu

At QueSechu, we combine engineering intelligence, digital transformation, and sustainable innovation to solve complex business and technical challenges. The Business Development Managing Partner is a senior executive role responsible for shaping QueSechu’s growth trajectory across energy, industrial engineering, AI / IoT, digital twins, and professional training services. This role is not only about generating revenue but about creating impact aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), forging partnerships that transform industries, and positioning QueSechu as a trusted advisor in both Saudi Arabia and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

Define, lead, and execute QueSechu’s business development strategy with a focus on energy efficiency, ISO 50001, renewable energy, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.

  • Identify emerging opportunities in AI, IoT, digital twins, and cognitive systems engineering, ensuring QueSechu remains at the forefront of industrial and technological innovation.
  • Expand the company’s footprint regionally (Saudi Arabia / GCC) and internationally (U.S., Europe, Asia).
  • Client & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, government entities, industrial organizations, and academic institutions.

  • Represent QueSechu at industry forums, regulatory bodies, and global conferences, strengthening our positioning as a thought leader.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies for consulting, engineering services, and training programs.
  • Strategic Alliances & Investment
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with technology providers, energy firms, universities, and financial institutions.

  • Explore joint ventures and co-development opportunities in AI-driven solutions, smart manufacturing, and renewable technologies.
  • Support clients in securing funding and investment for new ventures and continuous improvement projects.
  • Operational & Financial Leadership
  • Oversee business development pipelines, revenue targets, and profitability goals.

  • Collaborate with finance to prepare proposals, quotations, and project budgets (aligned with QueSechu’s consulting and training service lines).
  • Provide strategic reports and forecasts to the board of partners.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor business development teams and empower technical consultants to contribute to client engagement.

  • Foster QueSechu’s culture of innovation, agility, resilience, and impact.
  • Ensure alignment between consulting, engineering projects, training, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in business development, consulting, or corporate strategy within energy, industrial engineering, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Proven success in closing multimillion-dollar deals, government contracts, and high-impact consulting projects.
  • Deep understanding of AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Professional credentials (PE, PMP, CSCP, CEM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are highly desirable.
