Overview
The Opportunity : Beauty Artist provides exceptional customer service by creating a unique, inviting, entertaining, and educational shopping destination for Red Cactus customers and demonstrates their customer service and artistry skills with clients on request. In addition, this person must create a collaborative work environment on the shop floor, provide excellent service and meet & exceed store financial goals. The Beauty Artist will be responsible for operational activities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide the full Red Cactus customer service and product knowledge, offering a full service experience and / or simple service depending on customers’ needs.
- Meet or exceed all personal goals to positively contribute to the team and the store.
- Be a positive representative of the Red Cactus brand, always demonstrating professionalism.
- Attend all required training and complete education and developmental tools as assigned.
- Act with professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management and business associates.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Immediately report any variances to a Manager.
- Assist in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards ensuring the store is consistently replenished.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of stock takes as assigned.
- Accurately process transactions and use POS correctly.
- Arrive to work on time and consistently follow the Red Cactus personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2 years retail experience, previous customer facing sales experience required.Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and build relationships.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Make-up artistry experience is a plus.Have and maintain flexible availability.Skills
