Control the Contractors’ maintenance activities and service delivery Support and advise the client regarding changes in maintenance and service Develop and execute knowledge transfer for all railway maintenance-related disciplines Lead a team of three discipline experts (systems, rolling stock, fixed assets) Ensure maintenance and repair of rail vehicles, tracks, and related infrastructure Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for trains, tracks, and infrastructure Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards Coordinate with procurement for spare parts, equipment, and supplies Monitor vehicle and track conditions, schedule repairs, replacements, and upgrades Implement safety protocols for maintenance activities Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifespan Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure and Head of Systems for maintenance planning Prepare monthly performance reports of the Maintenance Business Unit Qualifications :

Project management skills Railway maintenance background (passenger high-speed or long-distance intercity) Minimum academic degree : B.Sc. in Engineering At least 10 years in the rail industry At least 10 years in leadership roles Minimum 5 years in a similar position International experience, preferably GCC Fluent in English; Arabic and German preferred Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint Seniority level
