Role Purpose

We are seeking a Senior / Team Leader Mechanical Site Engineer with strong experience in Testing & Balancing and related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, leading a team of engineers / technicians, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise site teams in executing HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing activities.
Ensure proper implementation of system validation procedures (HVAC, BMS, IAQ, Medical Gas, etc.).
Oversee calibration, thermal mapping, and firefighting system testing at project sites.
Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure compliance.
Conduct site inspections, measurements, and performance checks for mechanical systems.
Prepare and review technical reports, test results, and project documentation.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines are met.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for project progress and handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

4–9 years of hands-on experience in HVAC Testing & Balancing and system validation.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and site operations.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
