As the

Learning and Development Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s talent development strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing L&D programs, driving organizational development initiatives, and overseeing the performance management framework to align with business goals and enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Accountabilities The position involves :

Designing and implementing learning strategies and programs that address current and future business needs.

Developing organizational development initiatives, including culture-building, leadership development, and change management programs.

Leading the development and continuous improvement of the

Performance Management System (PMS)

across the organization.

Identifying skill gaps and working cross-functionally to implement targeted training solutions.

Collaborating with department heads to ensure training and development programs are aligned with company strategy and operational goals.

Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Managing the L&D budget, vendor selection, and external training partnerships.

Establishing internal career development frameworks and succession planning strategies.

Supporting employee engagement, motivation, and retention through tailored development pathways.

Driving a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We are Looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management Systems (PMS)—preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing OD and talent development strategies.

Proficiency in creating and managing performance management frameworks.

Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities.

Fluent in English.
