What You Will Do
- Understand competitor positioning, collect customer intelligence, and identify customer needs to inform marketing efforts.
- Contribute to strategic documents (e.g., marketing plans, launch plans), use templates and metrics to support planning, and collaborate on segmentation and positioning.
- Manage budgets, explain their purposes, perform pricing and financial analyses, and contribute to forecasting and demand planning.
- Support value proposition development, segmentation, and positioning; ensure alignment with brand identity and core competencies.
- Act as a product subject matter expert, support sales education and enablement, provide marketing materials, and assist with transitioning sales channels. Understand communication objectives and marketing channels, and apply data to inform channel strategies and outreach.
- Track KPIs and marketing metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and report on customer satisfaction and complaint trends.
- Apply business analytics, work independently on complex problems, learn financial modelling, and build a strong stakeholder network.
