Marketing Manager
to join our client in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal position, you will drive the marketing strategy, build brand presence, and support expansion efforts in the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with the IMEA Head of Marketing and Saudi Arabia’s business leadership to develop growth strategies for both existing and new sectors in the local market. Lead marketing campaigns tailored to Saudi Arabia across multiple channels, including the website, social media, press releases, email newsletters, videos, and events to boost brand visibility and generate interest. Work with the IMEA Campaigns Coordinator to provide in-depth reporting and analysis of campaign performance, measuring marketing effectiveness using CRM and other tools to optimize campaigns. Manage relationships with local PR agencies alongside the IMEA Head of PR, expanding media presence in tier 1 outlets, and leveraging your own media relationships to build connections with key editors and journalists. Create and adapt Saudi Arabia-specific content from global marketing materials, ensuring cultural relevance and effective distribution. Represent the company in global marketing forums, identifying synergies between global and local campaigns. Secure speaking opportunities for firm leaders at prominent conferences and events in Saudi Arabia. Collaborate with the company's forum to plan and execute content delivery for report launches. Build strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, associations, and influencers to enhance market presence. Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with local leadership. Support Recruitment team efforts to strengthen the employer brand through local activations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory changes, offering insights for best practices. Oversee local marketing operations, managing agency and vendor relationships to expand marketing support in Saudi Arabia. Requirements
8+ years proven track record and experience in a B2B marketing / communication function in professional services or agency. Expertise in crafting and editing engaging content across multiple formats (media, social media, web, reports, etc.), and familiarity in using keyword research and SEO. Keen grasp of social media channels and strategies, especially LinkedIn. Client-centric / Account Based Marketing experience with a strategic eye on linking Marketing impact with Commercial Objectives. Strong media relationships in Saudi Arabia an advantage, or experience in managing a PR agency. Team management and working with an international peer group. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana. Competitive Salary :
