Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Time management and organizational skills.
The Car Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the automotive dealership, overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance. The Car Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for developing sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Saudi automotive industry.
- Experience in OEM companies is a strong plus.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
