Job Summary : The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and risk assessment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Good knowledge of using SAP & Microsoft office apps. Certification in procurement (e.g., CPCM, CPPB) is a plus.
