Role Overview The Parts Supervisor is responsible for procuring cost‑effective automotive parts for daily service, repair, and refurbishment needs. The role ensures optimal stock levels—especially for Electric Vehicle (EV) components—while managing physical inventory at service locations. This position requires close coordination with internal teams and brand partners, along with maintaining accurate reporting and forward‑looking stock planning.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support branch performance to achieve daily and monthly Net Sales and Profit targets.

Manage daily parts ordering and ensure on‑time delivery in line with agreed ETAs, supported by monthly performance reports.

Oversee perpetual and annual inventory counts to ensure effective stock control and alignment with market demand while avoiding overstock.

Support Sales and Service teams by maximizing accessory stock availability.

Ensure timely processing of team purchase orders, Goods Receipts (GR), and Invoices (IV), following company standards.

Procure parts for used vehicle refurbishment, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.

Uphold customer service standards and support the team in meeting customer expectations.

Strong knowledge of parts inventory management

Experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) parts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position

Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
